Peterson Pipes : Cobble
First introduced as a limited production run during Peterson's landmark 160th anniversary year, the Cobble represents the factory's most labor-intensive finish to date. Developed over years of experimentation by Peterson's craftsmen, it combines modified rustication and sandblasting techniques to produce a deep, craggy texture reminiscent of early 20th-century English sandblasted pipes. The result is unlike anything else in Peterson's catalog: rustication that frames the briar's natural grain, which rises to the surface in striking relief — each pipe as unique as the ancient, cobble-paved streets of Dublin.
