Our Trade! Process & Policy
Do you have pipes sitting around in your shop that aren't moving? Are their stems green from years of sitting in a display case or on a shelf? Do you often find yourself wishing you could just get rid of them in place of fresh product you know you could sell? We've got the answer. We'd like to buy these old pipes of yours, and we'd like to stock your store with pristine inventory.
Give us a call at (843) 491 4150 or email us at [email protected] and we'll work out the details of a trade with you. In the meantime, here's what you can expect:
- You'll be asked to ship to us, on your dime, the pipes you'd like to trade to our facility
- We'll evaluate the pipes carefully. This should take anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks depending on how many other evaluations we're in the process of conducting and how many pipes you're sending to us.
- We'll make you an offer. We don't negotiate the values once we've assessed them, unless, of course, we've made a bonehead mistake, which happens from time to time, because we are, after all, only human.
- Any pipes you'd like sent back to you, we will send back to you, on our dime.
- Once we're in agreement, we'll apply your trade credit to your account
The Process
PLEASE NOTE that we reserve the right to refuse any items for purchase consideration for any reason, including poor condition (cracked, broken, excessive alterations, missing pieces, etc). We no longer purchase pipes with ivory.
