The "173" is one of Savinelli's more unusual numbers, featuring full Italian shaping combined with a hint of Danish smoothness, rendering a plump Apple bowl with a Billiard-like height and depth. The composition of the Porto Cervo rusticated line is dark, rugged, and bold, mixing a craggy rustication with a palette of jet-black stems, bright brass, dark walnut smooth-polished highlights, and an extra-dark, burgundy-tinged finish.
