Collection 2016 Sandblasted Smooth Top (6mm)

With the advent of each new year, beginning in 1985, an avid enthusiast of Savinelli's singular Collection series could count on a brand new, series specific shape — one which would be forever retired at the end of the year's run, with superb grain, as well as a fine presentation box. For 2016, Savinelli elected this slightly bent Dublin for the series, featuring an oval-shaped rim, a sharp heel, and plenty of chamber. It's available in either a smooth brown, a smooth natural, or a dark sandblasted finish — complete with natural briar accents along the end of the shank and base of the stem.

This particular example wears the dark, red-tinged sandblast of the line with a smooth-polished, natural-hued top — allowing for a showcase of grain along the rim.
