Fuoco Rusticated (602) (6mm)

Giuseppe Arcimboldo, the inspiration for the Fuoco, was a fascinating Italian artisan whose works oscillated from 16th century mannerism, to criticizing famous people of his day through playful elements in his paintings. Many of his subjects were rendered in dark hues with bursts of light, hence the Fuoco series presents dark finishes with bright bands. The rusticated finish and the flash of metal at the mount imbues an additional sense of the timeless to an already classic 128 bent Billiard shape.
